Rapid-Deployment Clean Booth

Product Definition

The BCS Rapid-Deployment Clean Booth is a high-cleanliness, low-investment, and quickly deployable solution for localized purification.

The system uses industrial aluminum profiles (optional stainless steel or powder-coated steel) as the structural frame, with FFU (Fan Filter Unit) modules installed on top. The sides can be flexibly enclosed with anti-static curtains or tempered glass, enabling rapid construction of a clean space. Air supplied by the FFUs passes through pre-filters and HEPA filters in sequence and enters the booth in a stable, uniform, vertical laminar flow. The internal cleanliness level can reach Class 100–100,000. The laminar airflow creates a “piston-like” sweeping effect that efficiently removes dust particles, continuously maintaining a clean environment in the working area. Different cleanliness levels can be achieved by adjusting the airflow rate.

The BCS Cleanroom Booth offers easy mobility, flexible expansion, and short installation cycles, making it ideal for applications requiring high local cleanliness, such as electronics manufacturing, broadcasting equipment, assembly and testing stations, production lines, and critical operation areas.
