1. Product Specifications

Q1: What types of Clean Benches are available?

A: Two main types:

Horizontal Laminar Flow: Air flows from the rear to the front, suitable for instrumentation, sample handling, and general lab operations.

Vertical Laminar Flow: Air flows downward from top to bottom, reducing turbulence, ideal for electronics, precision assembly, and pharmaceutical work.

Q2: What cleanroom class and airflow speed does it achieve?

A: Standard models meet ISO Class 5 (Class 100), with airflow of 0.3–0.5 m/s, using H13/H14 HEPA filters.

Q3: Can the size and configuration be customized?

A: Yes. Widths from 600–1800mm, single or double-person operation. Optional LED lighting, power outlets, UV lamp, and airflow control are available.

2. Installation & Integration

Q4: What are the installation requirements?

A: Benchtop units require only a level floor and stable power supply. Embedded or production line integration can be customized according to site conditions.

3. Maintenance

Q5: How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?

A: Check every 6–12 months, and replace based on airflow or differential pressure readings.

Q6: What cleaning agents are recommended?

A: Stainless steel or powder-coated surfaces can be cleaned with IPA or hydrogen peroxide, avoiding strong acids, alkalis, or chlorine-based cleaners.

4. Certification & Compliance

Q7: Does it comply with ISO or GMP standards?

A: Yes. Complies with ISO 14644-1, GMP Annex 1, with DQ/IQ/OQ documentation available.

5. Operation & Use

Q8: Are airflow speed and lighting adjustable?

A: Yes. Adjustable airflow and LED lighting controls are provided for flexible operation.

Q9: Is a UV sterilization lamp available?

A: Optional UV lamp with timer and interlock ensures safety and maintains sterility.
