1. Product Specifications

Q1: What is the air velocity of the Air Shower?

A: Standard air velocity is at least 25 m/s, effectively removing over 99% of surface particles from personnel or materials. Higher airflow or variable-speed models are available upon request.

Q2: What is the filtration grade of the Air Shower?

A: The unit uses HEPA filters (H13/H14 grade) with efficiency of 99.97%–99.995% @ 0.3μm, meeting ISO 14644-1 Class 5–7 cleanroom standards.

Q3: Is it suitable for double or multiple persons?

A: Yes. The standard single-person model is 800–1000mm wide, and we offer double-person or tunnel-type Air Showers for higher throughput applications.

2. Installation & Integration

Q4: Can the Air Shower be linked to an access control or interlock system?

A: Yes. The Air Shower includes an electrical interface that supports access control, interlock, and automatic door systems, enabling synchronized door locking, sensor activation, and entry logging.

3. Maintenance & Cleaning

Q5: How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?

A: Typically every 6–12 months, depending on usage and environmental conditions. Monitor the pressure gauge or airflow speed regularly to determine the proper replacement interval.

Q6: Is there a filter clogging or maintenance alert?

A: Certain models include a differential pressure alarm for filter blockage, and optional smart control systems can support remote monitoring and alerts.

4. Certification & Compliance

Q7: Does the Air Shower comply with international cleanroom standards?

A: Yes. The system conforms to ISO 14644-1, GMP, FDA, and CE standards, and can be supplied with third-party testing and qualification documents (DQ/IQ/OQ).

5. Operation & Use

Q8: Is the air shower duration adjustable?

A: Yes. The blowing time can be set between 5 and 30 seconds via the control panel. Advanced models can store multiple preset programs for different users or shift requirements.
