BOTHX Delivers a Modular Electronic Chemical Filling Cleanroom for Tiandi Life

An integrated modular solution supporting high-safety clean manufacturing

BOTHX has successfully completed the delivery of a modular electronic chemical reagent filling cleanroom for Tiandi Life. Located in Anhui, China, the project was completed and handed over in 2025, representing another successful application of modular cleanroom solutions in high-safety chemical manufacturing environments.

With a total area of approximately 200 square meters, the facility is designed as a modular electronic chemical filling workshop, fully compliant with stringent Class A workshop requirements, including fire protection and explosion-proof standards. The functional layout includes a CNC preparation area, ISO Class 5 (Class 100) filling area, as well as supporting gowning rooms, personnel and material air showers.

For this project, BOTHX adopted a fully integrated modular delivery approach, with cleanroom structures, MEP systems, and functional spaces prefabricated, integrated, and tested off-site. Rapid on-site installation and commissioning minimized construction risks, improved execution efficiency, and ensured consistent performance in both cleanliness and safety compliance.

Through modular delivery, BOTHX provided the client with a high-certainty, high-safety, and repeatable cleanroom solution, enabling efficient deployment of electronic chemical production under demanding regulatory and operational requirements. Looking ahead, BOTHX will continue to expand the application of modular technologies across diverse high-tech manufacturing sectors, supporting clients’ stable and sustainable growth.
